Club Updates

Updated: Jan 27, 2021

Firstly we hope everyone is staying safe and well and enjoying this beautiful weather we are having. The purpose of this article is just to provide an update with some of the non playing activities going on at the club this is something we hope to do this on a more regular basis.

*Season Tickets- the club have made the decision that season tickets won’t be available to purchase until we have confirmation of our season starting (or are atleast more aware of when we are likely to begin) we appreciate many have enquired about pricing etc but we’ll announce everything once we know more. We feel this is the best outcome for the club and supporters and appreciate your patience.

*Season Ticket Renewal – We are currently discussing how we can give back to season ticket holders from last season with some form of a gesture of good will as we do appreciate that you have given the club your hard earned cash and missed out on games due to the season being called early – we will announce details later on.

*NHS – As a small gesture from the club to thank the National Health Service for their amazing work not just during Covid but on a daily basis it has been decided that we will display the NHS logo on the home shirt sleeve. We are able to award this prime sponsorship space due to the hard work of the supporters in making donations through the donate a ticket page. So it’s a thank you on two parts, firstly to the wonderful staff at the NHS for their daily hard work and dedication but this wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our fans!

*New Sponsors – You may have read earlier in the week that we have announced Contractor Property Rentals Limited as our new shirt sponsors we are delighted to welcome them onboard and hope to form a strong partnership with the firm over the next 3 seasons, with them already sponsoring our management team this shows a significant commitment from Gus and his team and we are delighted they have chosen Sauchie to partner with.

We have also now drawn our training kit raffle and are delighted to welcome Blood Sweat N Tears Gym in Falkirk on board with the club as well as our training kit sponsors for the new season welcome a board!

We are also extremely greatful to all the businesses who got involved with this incentive- they are all listed on our website please consider supporting these firms where you can. We do still have other opportunities available for the forthcoming season with opportunities to suit all budgets so get in touch if you are looking to get involved.

*Fundraising – Firstly we just want to say thank you to everyone. We have done a lot of fundraising in the past few weeks to make up for the lost revenue at a time where everyone is struggling. We were faced with a situation where we had no match takings, all club events had to be cancelled including our 3 night a week bingo which meant a significant drop in revenue.

The club partnered with Donate A Ticket and we are delighted to say that including £1025 from the sponsorship raffle we currently sit in 11th place in the total League standings and 4th place in the East of Scotland table with a total of £2645 which is an amazing effort! This has only been possible because of the amazing support of fans, the local community and businesses! We are extremely greatful and can’t thank you enough!

In addition to this we have also set up a weekly bonus ball and continue to run our lucky numbers draw as well.

Thanks – Sauchie Juniors FC.
