About Us

Nicknamed ‘The Reds’, Sauchie Juniors Football Club are a semi-professional football club based in the village of Sauchie, Clackmannanshire in Scotland.

Starting life as the Sauchie Juveniles, the club enjoyed a lot of success in the 1950s before stepping up to the Junior leagues in 1960 when Sauchie Juniors was formed. In 2018, the Sauchie Juniors progressed again as one of many teams who moved into the East of Scotland League Premier Division, where the team currently play.

When the club moved up to the East of Scotland League Premier Division, the decision about the name ‘Sauchie Juniors’ was left to the fans, who decided they wanted to keep the ‘Juniors’ in the name.

In their time in the junior league, the club has won the East of Scotland Junior Cup (1982-83, 2013-14), the Fife & Lothians Cup (2002-03, 2003-04), the East Region South Division (2010-11) and the East Region Premier League (2011-12, 2016-17).

The team’s home ground is Beechwood Park, Sauchie where they play in the club home colours of red and white. The club’s away colours are blue and white.

The club are managed by Fraser Duncan, with Darren Cummings as Assistant Manager and coached by Jon Tully, Iain Syme and Greig Maitland.
